This is the one on the busy corner in Sugarhouse. These are new and the décor was lovely. I especially liked the open kitchen/dining/living area.
However, at close to $210k, I think it is a little expensive for a home where you are sharing walls with your neighbors.
Yeah, it’s always something with me…

Wow, that place looks nice!! You are smart to stick with your budget, though. Especially since you don't want to have a roommate. Better safe than sorry in this economy!!
Wish I won the lottery... shoot... wouldn't it be nice to just pay cash for a place and have no rent worries? Makes me look back at the days of my childhood and realize how little I had to worry about. Shoot.
Being a grown-up really sucks. Doesn't it? :)
Keep looking! I have faith! Uh-oh, I used the faith word. :O
Andee
Yes, being a grown-up does suck. Life was so much simpler and more pleasant when someone else was worrying about housing, food and other bills.
Making a large financial commitment in this economy really does scare me, which is part of the reason I'm hesitant to make an offer on this place (despite how much I really do like it) and go out and apply for a loan.
